This week is all things apple!
Did you know that New York State averages 29.5 million bushels of apples annually? THAT is a lot of apples!
Which is why I’ve decided to dedicate this week to all things apple! In honor of the Apple Fest happening this weekend, there’s a lot going on with apples in our fine city!
Navarino Orchard is great for those fall afternoons with the family. They’ve got a ton of different types of apples, from Cortland to Red Delicious. You can also pick up your Halloween pumpkin at Narvarino Orchard as well! Two birds, one stone! I’m all about saving time these days.
They’re open from Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and weekends 8am-6pm.
Tip: It’s $.90 a pound for apples
